At Blake's Seed Based, our snacks are made mostly from seeds. We choose to use seeds, not only because they are an allergy safe alternative to nuts, but because seeds are a superfood that are filled with vitamins and minerals.

Pumpkin seeds also contain many nutrients such a iron, zinc, folate, and magnesium, which is often lacking in most diets.
